  • Any party may petition to stay of the effectiveness of a final order within ten days after its service, unless otherwise provided by statute or stated in the final order. The commission may stay the effect of a final order on its own initiative. The effect of a final order is not automatically stayed when a party files a motion for clarification, a petition for reconsideration, or a petition for rehearing.
