The commission will maintain a master service list for each adjudicative proceeding. It will be available upon request and if feasible, on the commission's web site. The list will contain the name, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, and fax number of each party to the proceeding and of each party's representative. The commission will provide a courtesy copy to the parties of contact information provided by each party at the initial prehearing conference. Parties must designate persons to receive service in accordance with WAC 480-07-150.
