Section 480-07-170. Official communications from the commission.

Latest version.

A communication from the commission is not an "official communication" unless the commissioners, the commission's secretary, or the secretary's designee signs it. In addition, the presiding administrative law judge or the administrative law judge's designee may sign official communications relating to an adjudicative proceeding.
