Section 478-124-050. Severability.

Latest version.

If any provision or clause of these rules or any application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or application and, to this end, the provisions of these rules are declared to be severable.

These rules are additional to any others duly promulgated by the university.
