Section 478-118-080. Transfer of permits limited.

(1) Permit holders may transfer one valid permit between motor vehicles. Improper transfer of a permit shall include, but is not limited to, the wrongful sale, lending, or bad faith transfer of a parking permit.

(2) Permits displaying license plate numbers shall be valid only in the vehicles whose license number matches the number written on the permit.
