Section 478-116-197. Motorcycle, moped, scooter, and motorized bicycle parking.

(1) Motorcycles, scooters, mopeds, and motorized bicycles powered or assisted by combustible engines are considered motor vehicles and subject to all parking rules. These vehicles shall not be permitted to park on pathways, sidewalks, authorized bicycle racks or storage facilities, pedestrian areas, or in buildings.

(2) Motorcycles, scooters, mopeds, and motorized bicycles powered or assisted by combustible engines may only be parked in designated cycle areas and require a permit.
