Section 468-100-202. Applicability.

These requirements apply to the relocation of any displaced person as defined in WAC 468-100-002(9). Any person who qualifies as a displaced person must be fully informed of his or her rights and entitlements to relocation assistance and payments provided by the Uniform Act and regulations.
