Section 461-08-545. Preparation of transcripts.

- (1) The board, in its discretion, may at any time cause a transcript to be printed, but will not normally do so.(2) When the board does not cause a transcript to be printed, it shall be the obligation of the party wishing a transcript, or portions of it, to order the same from the board reporter and assume the printing costs.[Statutory Authority: RCW 90.58.175.
