- Hearing briefs, if filed, must be submitted to the board at least seven days before the time of hearing or such other time as directed by the presiding officer. The original brief must be filed with the board and a copy served on the other parties or their attorneys. Additional copies must be submitted to the board as required by the presiding officer and consistent with the prehearing order.
