Section 461-08-425. Dismissal of petitions for review on jurisdictional grounds.

- (1) Timely filing of the petition for review with the board, and other petitions within the board's jurisdiction under chapter 90.58 RCW, and timely service on the appropriate agencies are required for the board to acquire jurisdiction.(2) Any party may challenge the jurisdiction of the board to hear a petition for review or other petition under chapter 90.58 RCW on jurisdictional grounds, and the board may independently raise the jurisdictional issue.
