Section 461-08-370. Board decision making on petitions for declaratory ruling.

  • (1) Right to petition for declaratory ruling. As prescribed by RCW 34.05.240, any interested person may petition the board at any time for a declaratory ruling.
    (2) Quorum. Four members of the board shall constitute a quorum when the board acts on declaratory judgment petitions. Four members of the board may act although two positions on the board are vacant.
