Section 456-10-300. Commencing the appeal.

- (1) Persons wishing to make an appeal must submit to the board an original notice of appeal and a copy of the order or determination that is being appealed. The board will transmit a copy of the notice of appeal and a copy of the order or determination that is being appealed to the respondent(s) within thirty days of its receipt by the board.(2) The board will acknowledge to the appellant in writing receipt of a notice of appeal.[Statutory Authority: RCW 82.03.170.
