Section 446-40-100. Duties of board following hearing.

- In all cases, the board shall prepare a record of the hearing as described in RCW 34.04.090(5). All oral testimony before the board shall be taped. The tapes shall be part of the record. Such record shall be presented to the chief within fourteen days following the conclusion of the board's hearing. A copy of the record shall be delivered to the member within fourteen days following the conclusion of the board's hearings.[Statutory Authority: RCW 43.43.040.
