Section 446-40-080. Procedure.

The provisions of chapter 446-08 WAC shall govern the conduct of the hearing and procedure before the board. The burden of proof in the hearing before the board shall be upon the applicant, whether a member or the department, who is seeking a change in a member's status to disability retirement or to active service.
