Section 446-20-190. Dissemination—Research purposes.

Criminal history record information which includes nonconviction data may be disseminated for research purposes according to the provisions of RCW 10.97.050(6). The transfer agreement provided for by that section must be substantially similar to that set forth in WAC 446-20-420 (model transfer provisions).
