- The hearing officer may require that the parties submit to the hearing officer or board and to the other parties written statements containing: The names, addresses and qualifications of their respective opinion or expert witnesses: Any reports of the experts; and the nature of the testimony expected by the expert, by a date determined by the hearing officer and fixed sufficiently in advance of the hearing to permit the other interested parties to investigate such qualifications.[Statutory Authority: RCW 304-05-020 [34.05.020] and chapter 43.43 RCW.
