Section 44-10-120. Withdrawal.

- A consumer may withdraw a request for arbitration at any time.A first withdrawal shall be granted without prejudice. Upon notice to the Lemon Law administration of withdrawal, the thirty month period manufacturer mandatory arbitration participation period shall resume running. A consumer who has withdrawn may resubmit the claim for arbitration. However, if the consumer withdraws the second request, the withdrawal shall be considered a withdrawal with prejudice and the consumer shall not be allowed to resubmit the claim for arbitration.[Statutory Authority: RCW 19.118.080(2) and 19.118.061.
