Section 44-10-090. Arbitration fee.

- A three dollar arbitration fee shall be collected by the new motor vehicle dealer or lease company from the consumer at completion of the sale or lease of a new motor vehicle except for a transaction with a consumer who is not a resident of this state and who does not intend to register the vehicle in this state.
