Section 434-840-240. Certified copy of marriage certificates.

Upon the request of a program participant, accompanied by the appropriate fee, the address confidentiality program may request in writing a certified copy of a program participant's marriage certificate from the agency maintaining that record and release it to the program participant. A certified copy of a marriage certificate containing the name of the program participant is only available through the address confidentiality program.
