Section 434-750-170. Recovery of campaign expenses.

The CFD will recover from the gross receipts of the CFD campaign, or state appropriations, its reasonable administrative expenses to conduct the CFD campaign. The secretary of state will approve an annual budget to determine the administrative fee to be charged to the beneficiaries of the CFD.
