Section 434-661-010. General purpose.

(1) This rule prescribes standards for electronic recording of real property documents in those Washington counties in which the county recording officer elects to accept electronic real property documents for recordation.

(2) These standards are based on recommendations of the Washington state electronic recording standards commission and promulgated by the secretary of state pursuant to chapter 65.24 RCW, Uniform Real Property Electronic Recording Act.
