Section 434-335-180. Recertification of modified voting systems or devices.

If the system, or its components, is found to be sufficiently modified under the guidelines of WAC 434-335-160 that it requires an examination of the equipment by the voting systems review board and a public hearing, the secretary of state must notify the applicant in writing that the applicant must initiate the certification process outlined in WAC 434-335-030 through 434-335-130.
