Section 434-262-040. Verification of auditor's abstract of votes.

- The county canvassing board shall examine the auditor's abstract of votes and shall verify that all of the precinct ballot totals have been included in the abstract, and that the subtotals and county-wide totals for registered voters and votes cast are an accurate reflection of the sum of those precinct ballot totals.[Statutory Authority: RCW 29A.04.611, 29A.04.620, and 29A.04.630.
