Section 434-262-030. County auditor's abstract of votes.

The county canvassing board shall meet and canvass all ballots. Upon completion of this canvass ten days after a special election, fourteen days after a primary, and twenty-one days after a general election, the county auditor shall present the auditor's abstract of votes, which must include:

(1) The number of registered voters eligible to vote in the election;

(2) The number of ballots cast in the election, by precinct;

(3) The votes cast for each race or issue, including write-ins, undervotes, and overvotes;

(4) Legislative and congressional district subtotals, if any; and

(5) The vote totals by county.
