Section 434-230-085. Candidate who qualifies for more than one office.

- In the event a candidate, as a result of write-in votes in the primary, qualifies to appear on the general election ballot for more than one office, the candidate may notify the county auditor in writing within three days of certification of the primary of the single office for which he or she desires to appear on the general election ballot. If the candidate fails to notify the county auditor, the county auditor shall determine the single office for which the candidate shall appear on the general election ballot.
