Section 434-112-056. Statement of change for registered agent name and address.

Latest version.

(1) A statement of change to change the registered agent name and/or address, may be completed online by:

(a) The entity;

(b) A noncommercial registered agent;

(c) A commercial registered agent; or

(d) Paper forms may be available at the secretary's online site.

(2) When a statement of change is filed by a noncommercial or commercial registered agent, the agent making the change must give each entity represented a notice in the form of a record relating to the change.
