Section 392-700-147. Provision of special education and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 accommodations.

- (1) The resident district is responsible for the provision of special education services to any enrolled reengagement students who qualify for special education in accordance with all state and federal law and pursuant to chapter 392-172A WAC.(2) Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 accommodations will be provided to all eligible students served by the agency or college in accordance with all applicable state and federal law.[Statutory Authority: RCW 28A.175.100.
