Section 392-501-103. Eligibility.

- (1) A student is eligible for the SAT, ACT, IB and AP comparison option if the student has taken the applicable component of Washington's high school assessment at least once and has not met the standard for which the student is applying to use this option. To meet these criteria, a student must have a recorded valid attempt of the general high school assessment.(2) A student may use a score earned on the SAT, ACT, IB or advanced placement examination taken prior to or after one valid attempt of the general high school assessment.[Statutory Authority: RCW 28A.655.065 and 28A.655.061.
