- School districts shall develop and adopt written policies relating to (a) the type of pupil personnel records which are to be kept and the manner in which data is to be recorded; and (b) procedures by which a parent or legal guardian may upon written request examine school records pertaining to his child with professionally competent personnel present to interpret and assist in the analysis of such records.[Statutory Authority: 2006 c 263.
