Section 392-400-320. School board or disciplinary appeal council decisions.

- Any decision by a school board of directors or school district disciplinary appeal council pursuant to this chapter to impose or to affirm, reverse, or modify the imposition of discipline, suspension, or expulsion upon a student shall be made:(1) Only by those board or council members who have heard or read the evidence.(2) Only by those board or council members who have not acted as a witness in the matter.(3) Only at a meeting at which a quorum of the board or council is present and by majority vote.[Statutory Authority: 2006 c 263.
