Chapter 392-347. State funding assistance in providing school plant facilities—Modernization. |
Section 392-347-040. Maximum costs eligible for state funding assistance—One hundred percent of replacement cost.

- State funding assistance for modernization projects shall not exceed one hundred percent of the cost of new construction of a comparable school facility based on the prevailing level of state support as defined in chapter 392-343 WAC.
