- Except as otherwise noted, the amount of the final allocation of state funding assistance in the construction of an approved interdistrict transportation cooperative facility shall be based on the number of buses in actual service and the number of buses for which the cooperative has contracted from other districts at the time of application and in accordance with the following cooperative types and square footage allowances:[Statutory Authority: RCW 28A.525.020.
