Section 392-343-420. Removal from instructional space inventory—Conversion.

- Instructional space shall be removed from the superintendent of public instruction's instructional space inventory sixty months after it has been converted from instructional use under the following conditions:(1) The facility is determined to be surplus to the needs of the district by the local school board; and(2) The school facility is not needed for instructional use by a neighboring district.[Statutory Authority: RCW 28A.525.020.
