- The superintendent of public instruction, commencing June 7, 2006, shall not grant approval of state funding assistance pursuant to WAC 392-341-040 to a district without consideration of a state study and survey conducted within the preceding six years that addresses such project.[Statutory Authority: RCW 28A.525.020.
