Section 392-172A-06045. School district information for the OSPI.

- (1) The school district must provide the OSPI with information that is necessary to enable the OSPI to carry out its duties under Part B of the act and state law, including, but not limited to child count, least restrictive environment, suspension and expulsion rates, disproportionality, and other information relating to the performance of students eligible for special education participating in programs carried out under Part B of the act.(2) The information will be provided to the OSPI in the form and by the timelines specified for a particular report.[Statutory Authority: RCW 28A.155.090 and 34 C.F.R.
