Section 392-172A-04100. Notification of nonpublic agency program changes.

- (1) An approved nonpublic agency must notify any school districts with whom they contract and the OSPI of any major program changes that occur during the approval period, including adding additional services or changing the type of programs available to students. OSPI will review these program changes with affected districts to determine whether the nonpublic agency remains able to provide contracted services to public school students eligible for special education.(2) An approved nonpublic agency must promptly notify any school districts with whom they contract and the OSPI of any conditions that would affect their ability to continue to provide contracted services to public school students eligible for special education.(3) An approved nonpublic agency must promptly notify any school districts with whom they contract and the OSPI of any complaints it receives regarding services to students.[Statutory Authority: RCW 28A.155.090(7) and 42 U.S.C. 1400 et. seq.
