Section 392-172A-01145. Private school.

- Private school means a nonpublic school or nonpublic school district conducting a program consisting of kindergarten and at least grade one, or a program of any combination of grades one through twelve and meeting:(1) Minimum state board private school approval standards as outlined in chapter 180-90 WAC; and(2) The definition of elementary and secondary schools in WAC 392-172A-01060.[Statutory Authority: RCW 28A.155.090 and 34 C.F.R.
