Section 392-172A-01055. Educational service agency.

- Educational service agency means:(1) A regional public multiservice agency:(a) Authorized to develop, manage, and provide services or programs to students eligible for special education within school districts;(b) Recognized as an administrative agency by the OSPI for purposes of the provision of special education and related services provided within public elementary schools and secondary schools; and(2) Includes any other public institution or agency having administrative control and direction over a public elementary school or secondary school.[Statutory Authority: RCW 28A.155.090 and 34 C.F.R.
