- The chief officer of each local school district, an educational service district, or other subgrantee shall designate at least one employee to monitor and coordinate the entity's compliance with this chapter. Such employee shall also be charged with the responsibility for investigating any complaint(s) communicated to the entity pursuant to WAC 392-168-145.[Statutory Authority: RCW 34.05.220 [(1)](a).
