Section 392-164-360. Notification of parents.

Each school district shall notify parents of participating children of their child's involvement in the Chapter 1 Migrant program and shall issue periodic reports of the child's progress in the program. Such notification and reports shall be provided in the primary language of the parent if necessary for communication unless it is clearly not feasible to do so.
