Section 392-164-290. Amount of subgrant.

- The superintendent of public instruction shall determine the amount of a subgrant to a local school district or other subgrantee based on the following factors:(1) The number of children to be served;(2) The nature, scope, and cost of the proposed project; and(3) Any other relevant criteria developed by the superintendent consistent with the provisions of WAC 392-164-250, including the priorities in the approved state plan concerning ages and grade levels of children to be served, areas of the state to be served, and types of services to be provided.[Statutory Authority: RCW 28A.02.100.
