- Support for supervisory costs related to educational services provided under this chapter shall be clearly supplemental to costs of regular supervisory activities and responsibilities of the operating agency.(1) All direct supervisory support requested shall be documented and submitted along with the project application.(2) A local school district or other subgrantee may claim the indirect expenditure rate defined in WAC 392-164-195 in addition to budgeting for direct supervisory expenditures subject to the approval of the superintendent of public instruction.[Statutory Authority: RCW 28A.02.100.
