Section 392-164-230. Greatest need of special assistance—Definition.

- As used in this chapter, the term "greatest need of special assistance" means those eligible migratory children, as defined in WAC 392-164-170, who have been identified on the basis of established selection criteria, including objective measurement of educational achievement, as demonstrated by written and oral tests if reasonable, as in the greatest need of special assistance.[Statutory Authority: RCW 28A.300.070.
