- As used in this chapter, the term "children" means persons up to age twenty-one who are entitled to a free public education not above grade twelve and preschool children: Provided, That a child who reaches the age of twenty-one during a school year in which such child is receiving migrant services shall be considered eligible for services until the end of the school year.[Statutory Authority: RCW 28A.02.100.
