Section 392-153-033. Student requirements.

A student enrolled in a traffic safety education course must have a valid driver instruction permit issued before or within seven days after the start date of classroom instruction. A student shall meet the objectives and competencies listed in the curriculum guide prior to being issued a completion certificate.
