Section 392-143-055. Responsibility for compliance with school bus specification rules.

The responsibility for compliance with this chapter lies with the board of directors of each school district. Failure to comply with this chapter shall constitute cause for the withholding of state transportation funds for such time and to such extent as is necessary to ensure compliance.
