- After the close of the school year, school districts and charter schools receiving funding for learning improvement days shall report the number of learning improvement days provided by the district or charter school meeting the requirements of WAC 392-140-950 through 392-140-965.[Statutory Authority: RCW 28A.150.290 and 28A.710.220.
