Section 392-140-965. Learning improvement days—Requests for review and adjustment.

- A school district or charter school may at any time request that the superintendent of public instruction review and adjust data and calculations used to determine funding for learning improvement days pursuant to this chapter.Requests for adjustment to the number of learning improvement days provided in the 1999-2000 school year and thereafter shall be considered if the district or charter school shows that the data or calculations are in error, or other bona fide adjustments are necessary.[Statutory Authority: RCW 28A.150.290 and 28A.710.220.
