- If at any time an applicant wishes to withdraw an application submitted prior to the committee vote, the superintendent or designee of the applicant district, or lead administrator or designee of the applicant charter school, must submit a letter requesting withdrawal to the state oversight committee manager.[Statutory Authority: RCW 28A.150.290 and 28A.710.220.
