Section 392-127-006. Purpose.

- The purpose of this chapter is to set forth the policies and procedures used by the superintendent of public instruction to determine the following:(1) Compliance of school districts with the statutory ratio of certificated instructional staff per one thousand full-time equivalent students in kindergarten through twelfth grade set forth in RCW 28A.150.100(2).(2) The monetary penalty associated with not maintaining this ratio.[Statutory Authority: 1990 c 33.
